Using SAVY

SAVY is a personal save-and-organize tool. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use SAVY.

Your content

You own everything you save to SAVY. We don't claim ownership of your links, screenshots, or any content you save. You can export or delete your data at any time.

What we provide

• AI-powered content categorization and organization
• Video transcript extraction
• Recipe detail parsing with serving adjustments
• Product search and discovery
• Data export

These features are provided "as is." AI categorization is best-effort — it may occasionally miscategorize content.

Acceptable use

Don't use SAVY to:

• Store illegal content
• Scrape or bulk-download content from other platforms
• Abuse the API or attempt to overwhelm our systems
• Share your account credentials with others

Third-party content

SAVY saves and organizes links to content on other platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We don't host or claim ownership of that content. All rights remain with the original creators.

Product links

The "Find Product" feature may include links to third-party shopping sites. Some links may include affiliate tags. SAVY may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no extra cost to you.

Subscriptions & billing

SAVY offers a free tier with limited saves per month and a paid Pro plan with unlimited saves.

• Free tier — 50 saves per month, resets on the 1st of each month.
• Pro plan — $3.99/month or $29.99/year, billed automatically through Stripe.
• Cancellation — cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Refunds — we don't offer refunds for subscription payments. If you experience a billing issue, contact us at hello@usesavy.com and we'll work it out.
• Price changes — we may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the change takes effect.
• Failed payments — if a payment fails, your account reverts to the free tier until payment is resolved.

AI integrations

SAVY provides API access and MCP integration so you can use your saves inside AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. Your API token is personal — don't share it publicly. API usage counts toward your monthly save limit.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to notify you first unless the violation is severe.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the app or email.
